Fees & Registration
Nursery classes register in January. You can register on the waiting list by sending an email with your children’s Date Of Birth (DOB), full name, and emails and telephone numbers of both parents. (email@example.com). For new Nursery classes you will be contacted with an appointment for both parents to come and meet a senior staff member before registering. If you have older brothers/sisters you would like to register with us, you should email to register them on the waiting lists once you have been offered a place for Nursery. There is no guarantee of a space for them, although we will do our best to give them priority on the waiting lists and find one. You can register on our waiting lists for older classes by sending an email with your children’s Date of Birth (DOB), full name, emails and telephone numbers of both parents. Once you are on the waiting lists, there is NO guarantee of a space. You will only be contacted by the school IF a space comes open. Any child registering for Reception and above will need to be assessed and may need private lessons. This is to avoid any shock to the child when they enter the school as our systems are very different. We aim to keep fees competitive. As many of our materials/resources are sourced from outside the country, rising inflation in Sudan and fluctuating foreign exchange rates may force us to raise fees in the future. However we aim to keep them within a range of 1,500- 2,000 USD equivalent a year. Fees are not inclusive of any other services. The school does not operate tarheel buses, although there are buses and many children come and go to school by buses operated by private individuals. Fees are paid in instalments: First instalment on (re)registration (Dec or Jan) Second instalment in March. Third instalment in June. Please ensure you pay your fees on time. Administering the school effectively relies on the prompt payment of fees. Payments may be scheduled in the office using forward cheques.
