The cut-off date for admissions each year is July 31 to correspond with the school year. For example, your child must have turned three years old before or on this date to enter the Nursery Class. The Staff Association set this rule for the benefit of the children and the administration cannot consider exceptions to this rule. The curriculum we use is very advanced and from experience younger children struggle to cope either emotionally or academically. An original birth certificate must be provided as proof of age when registering your child. All students transferring to our school will be assessed and may need private lessons. Our teachers will be trained in basic and emergency first aid for children. However any children with allergies or illnesses (e.g. asthma, diabetes, peanut allergies) must be reported in writing to the school administration by the parents at registration and before the school year begins. A spare dose of any asthma medication children must be provided to the administration. Please do not bring your child to school if they are sick - they will only infect other children.
