School Board

Legacy School started as a small pre-school in Amarat, Khartoum, with just two classes and 40 children in 2012. As we expanded, we moved to a larger campus in al’-Ta’if and have now built our final school premises in Arkaweit.

Legacy was the first Sudanese school to fully implement the Jolly Phonics and Jolly Grammar programmes in Sudan, with outstanding success.

We are the first Sudanese school to use Singapore Math and have developed our own phonics system for teaching the Arabic language.

Legacy aimed to be a small, model school offering our students the best possible start to life, both academically and behaviourally.

Legacy has only two classes in each year group from Year Three Primary onwards.
